Socializing may not be constrained to talkative/conversational activities. The aspect of leisure in these places in the form of socialization still thrives. The first three encourage exchange of ideas in the form of creative works. Transit stations are structured as strip malls that have a variety of entertainment before/after/while traveling. These are all categories either way and are general examples of what can be, not always is eligible. See water features. I argue that not all comic/card stores may meet eligibility as some businesses only facilitate the transactions.
