Hi,
I recently hit level 38 and quickly submitted two POI’s to the wayfarer program.
I submitted them on September 8th, but they are still just queued.
I believe that it was stated somewhere that it was to expected to take about 14 days, but nothing happened yet.
How long do you usually await before some kind of status change?
There is no set timeframe for each stage of the process. It all depends on how many reviewers are in your local area, depth of the local queue, any close by unresolved nominations, quality of your nomination, etc.
You can potentially speed things up by using an upgrade, however it won’t help if your area has very little reviewers.
Hello and welcome @tichonx
I take it you are seeing the tag “in queue”
If you are in an area where there may be a lot of wayfarer activity eg a large city, there may be other submissions close to yours that are already at “in voting” blocking yours from being voted on.
Doing reviews to earn an upgrade may help. Applying an upgrade to a submission pushes it into voting.
Are you aware of how approved wayspots are selected for Pokémon go? If you are in a wayspot dense area it is important to understand this as not all approved wayspots will be used.
