There’s no rejection reason listed so I’m confused as to why? It got to voting so it wasn’t an auto rejection. I would like to appeal or resubmit I just need to know why it would have been rejected.
Sometimes you need to reload and wait.
Anyway since it have reflection, you might wanna ensure plate number arent visible. Thats instant rejection. Some people are put off when they see car with plate number

I would not appeal that… the photo could be done way better… the reflection, as is, is extremely distracting.
You might want to change main photo. And try getting more supporting information. Getting link about that place and put in supporting information can help to see if the place is popular or no. Link is ok in supporting information but not in description
I do agree that a better main photo could be taken. Google Maps does show there is a sign on top of the building, so maybe consider that instead of one in the window, something like this photo:
