Is this related to few meters discrepancy from the nomination? I made a submision and im trying to fill a S2 cell without blocking another one. Is literally on the same property. I dont understan why is this being so strick. Im attach a picture the green point is the location the red where im making the nomination is literally like 2 mts.
Hi, same.property is not good enough. It has to be right at the location.
This comes from Wayfarer being a database programme instead of a Pokéstop making one, it is not there to just fill S2 cells

A big part of Wayfarer is to document the world and it’s locations of interest, creating an accurate database that can be used across all niantic games.
Uploading an inaccurate location intentionally, especially to manipulate S2 cells, may be viewed as a form of abuse. That doesn’t mean you can’t try it, although in all likelihood, the community will probably just adjust the location or someone may even report the nomination (less likely in this case due to the proximity). In this case, it will likely get rejected regardless due to the reason mentioned above.

Hey, welcome, and sorry you had to come here under a negative situation.
I know the benefit is there to have this type of behavior in PoGO, but it’s really best not to stretch the truth about where things are. Even when ineligible to be a Stop, you can sometimes get Powerspots. Maybe there will be even more use in the future!
As somebody said before, the map should be representative of the real world. PoGO helps a lot of people discover their real world surroundings in new ways. And, frankly, those who are being “strict “are not only following rules but following rules that prevent them from receiving punishment themselves.
I don’t know what type of property this is, but one reason graffiti is generally considered ineligible is to prevent people from vandalizing local infrastructure in ways that may be illegal.
I do hope staff was able to explain fully in how it pertains to the situation - only they have the full details.
Yeha i just realized i mess up and the nomination i actually appeal was the one with a wrong place 
so just my luck

Vandalism is definitely a problem.
Where you from? Here in Mexico i hardly think is a problem for sure some people find it a nuissance or straight up dont like it,but for the most part most homeowner understand painting a wall white is setting up a white canvas.

Completamente de acuerdo la hache gigante aunque absurda no se me hace algo que tome 3 segundos, ahora la addicion que hize se me hace bastante adecuada considerando que es un ditto. Tienes alguna recomendacion de que puedo hacer para mejorar la propuesta?
The best route is to ask your local government and grant yourself permission to draw good art for the town.
Thats awesome the wall in the submision is actually a cell tower i know the owner so i pretty sure have permision what do you recomend u add to that giant H to make it better? Will a frame to make it look like the chemical symbol of hidrogen would work?
This is the correct answer. Unfortunately this is not art and putting a frame around it would not elevate it to anything beyond what it is. As has been suggested, it is in your best interest to review the criteria and eligibility guides Niantic has on the Wayfarer web site.

I think he means (instead of frame) a border around the “H” to make it look like an element on the periodic table.
Still, does not change the eligibility of the nomination, nor the general concensus surrounding it up till now.

Well at leats someone got it, yes that was my intention so i guess art is not created it just spawns on the wild how do wayfare thinks stuff like paints all get permission? I seen plenty of abuse from other users even so called “PGO Community Ambassadors” and im trying to stick to the guidelines hence why im here asking.
