Was this rightfully rejected?

This building is a historic Grade II listed row of houses that have since each been converted to flats. The building also features as part of a local heritage trail in the area. Each individual house in the row is now split up into 2-3 separate flats(meaning each house is actually not home to only one family or person). I thought this meant that since the building is home to multiple people it could be eligible as it’s technically not a single family private residence and is open to multiple people. Am I wrong or should I appeal or resubmit.

With listed structures, I tend to at least put a link in the supporting info as proof and usually provide much more information than you have here. Your supporting photo is the same as the main image which is a huge red flag.

Do you think this would verify the listing as I’m not sure if this is an official website, The Crescent, Lower Edmonton, London
When it comes to the supporting photo I only took one photo while I was visiting the area so I had to re use the same one. I understand why it’s a red flag but I didn’t have another to support.
When it comes to the heritage trail there is almost nothing online to verify it’s there apart from this unofficial post,
Following a trail in Edmonton UK | Walkingforcharlotte's Weblog
There is a plaque located further down the building too that can be seen from google street view.
With this info in the supporting info would it be more likely to get accepted?

I think that would certainly help, I tend to use the Historic England site as I believe that is the official listing repository. Anything you can do to help reviewers and prove your claims the better.

It might also confuse people that you have the heritage trail in the title but you are submitting the building and not the trail so could be unclear what is being submitted. Great that you have a good description that explains some interesting things about this building, always good to see.

The plaque could possibly become it’s own nomination as it is distinct from the building itself and interesting in it’s own right.

Thanks for your help, I’m going to resubmit with different title and more info. If I revisit the area I will get a picture of the plaque too

Your title says trail yet I don’t see a trail marker or a trail in site?

That’s because the building itself is the landmark. The trail is for historic buildings/landmarks in the area.
I’ve already decided to change the title as it is a bit confusing to those who don’t know the trail.

There is a plaque further down attached to the side of the building that names the trail.
