Basically, I got s pokestop accepted in a cell with only one other pokestop, so there should be a new gym, should have been last night actually. I checked last night, both were still stops, checked again tonight, both are still stops, so I think thats a bug in game? But to be sure I checked the map and low and behold, it appears that this stop
Is supposed to be a gym (it dissapears whe i deselect gyms).
So either the map is bugged on the website, or the map is correct and pokemon go didnt generate gym
There are actually three total Wayspots in that S2 L14 cell. The one you provided here, plus:

The Gym in PoGo is Cadder Woods Nature Reserve Woodland Trail Marker.
