I am sure this has been asked many times, but where do I find the wayfarer tutorial? I’d like to add a PokéStop, but I’m not allowed to until I complete the tutorial, but I cannot find the tutorial.

If you were shown pages to review, that is the tutorial. They also refer to this as “onboarding.” If you restart your game, you should be able to make nominations if you are level 37 or above. You access that through settings > uploads > pokestop contribution.
If this did not solve your issue, please leave a screenshot of what you see.
Be aware that you are submitting Wayspots, not Pokestops. An algorithm determines if accepted Wayspots will be included in Pokemon Go. They must be alone in an L17 S2 cell. Here is a good article explaining this:

Have you clicked the visit wayfarer button? Were you able to successfully sign in? After signing in, did you click a couple buttons? After clicking some buttons, did you restart pogo?
If you’re still having issues, can you show a screenshot of what the wayfarer website looks like after you sign in?
Also I have restarted the game several times and removed it and redownloaded it two times.

What do you see when you tap the “Visit Wayfarer” button?
How are you logging into the game?

Wayfair just shows the home screen there’s no tutorial just a bunch of information

Yes, I did go to Wayfair. I checked every slot touched all kinds of buttons. Restarted my game. Removed the app from my phone and re-added the app on.

Yes the tutorial, also called onboarding, is just a bunch of information to review. There used to be a video somewhere about it. If I can find it, I will post it here.
But watching that isn’t gonna make where Wayfair know that I’ve completed a tutorial I just don’t understand why it’s not letting me do it
Oh the point of the video was to let you know if that is what you had seen and that part is done.
How do you log into your game? Try restarting and log in the same way you do for Wayfarer and see if that fixes it. Use Google or Facebook, whichever you used for Wayfarer. I only use Google.
I login with apple but my apple account is linked to my google account….
You have to log-in with the same method of log-in in the Wayfarer site.
It is what it is now but this upcoming feature may change that (when they fix it).

But wayfarer does not have an option for apple….
So try signing into your Pokemon Go App the way that you signed into Wayfarer. I use Google but you may have used Facebook.
