Hello! I wanted to upload a couple of the local businesses in my town to Pokémon go but it appears they already exist in another game and would be the reason my submissions have been getting removed. Is there anyway to use the existing database and submit that it can be added into Pokémon go? If y’all could help me out that would be great! IMG_1409|230x500

I’m not sure what you mean by “getting removed”? Do you mean you nominated these wayspots and they got rejected as duplicates, or rejected altogether, or are you just not nominating them because you see them on the Pokémon GO duplicate check?
If you can clarify which specific wayspots you’d like to nominate and ideally the location/coordinates, we can try to look further at what it is that actually exists in this area.
The orange pins are probably potential imports into Pokémon go. These are what are appearing as powerspots.
You describe them as businesses.
What sort of businesses are they? Do they meet the criteria of a great place to exercise, explore, socialise?
One is a foot and ankle clinic and the other is a dentist office. Both are on a walking path that people commonly take and have plenty of room on the outside of the building to not interfere with day to day business. Definitely could not fit a giant group there but small groups could definitely benefit

When I had submitted them, I didn’t realize they already had a power spot there. But, they got rejected for “criteria” with no real specifications as to what specifically in criteria.
Both locations are on a common walking/running path residents of the town take and both locations have plenty of outdoor room that would prevent players from interfering with day to day business
Those are not the sort of businesses that would be considered for wayfarer as they are not places you woul go to as a place of interest to explore, to be social with others or to exercise at. ( nite yes you coukd exercise to get there, but the key is the purpose of the place is not about exercise).
This means they should be rejected if you nominate as wayspots. These are used across a range of games and as specific functions in Pokémon go.
They may be regarded as suitable for Pokémon go as a location for an activity eg a powerspot.
This is why the nominations got rejected.
