Every wayspot has to meet at least one of the wayfarer criteria to be eligible.

Most of these wayspots have been rejected by the Wayfarer AI bot. From what I can see from the given images these do not meet any of criteria to be accepted.
If you want help finding eligible submissions there are some great wayfinders here who are experts on this.
If you want to find out if these submissions still might be eligible, please post full screenshots of every single one.

You may start to see them appear but these are a trial from Niantic but should be Rejected if nominated through Wayfarer.

The term “High School” is used differently around the world but if any of the schools are aimed at pupils under 18 years old then they are not eligible and neither are anything attached to the property or outer wall / fence.
Even schools for 18 and over are unlikely to be accepted on there own, items located here (permanent art work etc may be).
