I don’t think this will be removed, as the residents of the building are still able to access the Wayspot, and even if there is a restriction to the general public, it doesn’t restrict a Wayspot from being in this type of location. Many apartment buildings fall under the Restricted locations that are allowed.
Apartment buildings are also not private property, or PRP. PRP is a residence for a single family; apartments are for multple families.
Whle apartment buildings themselves typically do not meet acceptance criteria, they don’t really meet any removal critera, which is more strict.
