I nominated this spot almost a year ago. It was approved, and has recently been removed. I’m hoping to understand why, and the possibility of getting it back.
Given the placement, it looks to be embedded within the property boundary, which under wayfarer guidelines would mean it was classified as being on single family private residential property.
That’s kind of what I figured. My confusion comes from having the spot approved and then later removed. Not having a sidewalk here doesn’t seem to help either. Thanks for your input.
The community of reviewers does not necessarily understand the guidelines. Education is sorely needed. I have even seen people state here that they thought Little Free Libraries were an exception to the SFPRP rules! They definitely are not.
Wayfarer are run by community. If enough people approve your nomination, it will be approved.unfortunately some people think its eligible and accept it. At the same time, other member of community that notice incorrectly approved wayspot can report it for removal
