If they are imported Wayspots, then you can submit them, but a lot of these imports do not meet the normal Wayfarer eligibility requirements.

Niantic Wayfarer From the menu on the left, click on Submit. This facility is provided by Niantic.

I believe @sandrucci54 is talking about S2 cells. As Niantic do not officially endorse any tools to display we have to be careful what is said so I will just say “Wayfarer Tools”.
