About 4 months ago now, my area was wiped of Pokestops following a 9 year old complaint about people playing in the area. Following that, I had gotten HOA approval to ask for them to return. It seems like others had this issue as well as mentioned in the “Wayspots removal issue”. That post on known issues seems to have not garnered any updates, so I am not sure if it has been fixed for others or not fixed at all. It seems that as well as those stops still being completely removed from the map, yet still showing up as wayspots on submission boards, most of the area is blocked of getting any Pokestops as is. I have submitted some new Pokestops (not repeats of the ones that were wiped but rather brand new locations in appropriate cells), and they are still being blocked. One stop was able to be added semi close, but I’m assuming that there are some cells that continue to be completely blocked. I am looking to see the status on this and to make sure if other people still have had this issue.
