I have some old house numbers which has historic signs on it. I also included the internet links. Nearly all are in voting at Niantic. Some got accepted some not. I want to ask you firmly what can I do to improve the nomination as I think they are valid wayspots. Here is the example which got rejected from Niantic:

Johann Friedrich Wießner, Taglöhner, war Sohn von Conrad Wießner, Bauer, H-Nr. 5, geb. 13.09.1796, gest. 08.11.1882 (in H-Nr. 91, Kal.), verheiratet am 11.06.1826 mit Johanna Dorothea Sophia Prütting, Tochter von Joh. It’s a beautiful area there, I was just looking around on the map. That said, it looks like this is a residential neighborhood. If the plague is on the property of a Single Family Private Residential Property (SFPRP), then it is not eligible to be a wayspot.
I realize that the plaque is there to share historical information. But a private home and associated land make it ineligible.

Wenn ich mir deine Nominierung anschaue, fallen mir ein paar Sachen auf:
Du verwendest im Titel “Röckenhof”. Das findet man nicht sehr prominent wieder in der restlichen Nominierung. Vielleicht bietet sich “Läim” mehr an?
Deine Beschreibung erschlägt mit einer Aneinanderreihung von Jahreszahlen und Namen. Wäre es das was du als Beschreibung lesen wollen würdest? Wenn das Haus, außer Besitzerwechsel, nichts spannendes zu bieten hat, dann wäre evtl interessant warum dieses Schild da hängt. Wer steckt dahinter und warum?
Deine Zusatzbeschreibung ist sehr kurz. Nur der link ohne begleitende Worte. Ich denke es wäre sinnvoll anzugeben, was man von der Quelle zu erwarten hat. Und ein Hinweis dass es sich nicht um ein jetzt privat genutztes Gebäude handelt (SFPRP du kennst den Begriff?).
