The team will occasionally take some of the reviews to make a decision themselves.
It is believed that some are being used to train the “Machine Learning” (eMiLy).
Timescale will depend on how busy they are, my last 1 took about 5 days.
Occasionally they can be put back in to general review.
It would be very surprising if the green space you posted above gets accepted. The slide however is eligible, provided it is permanent. The location is a little odd, so would cause suspicions about its existence. You would need to provide proof that it exists at that location.
The more I look at those photos, the more they are saying “fake, fake, fake”.

Aside from the flat out “AI icon” 
and how beating the dead horse about AI photo detection, I am concerned how believable they can fake a submission now. Like supporting photo like this could get people off-guard.
