What Perks Should Be Granted to High Level Explorers?

Aside from the Wayfarer Rating and the various tiered rewards for Wayfarer Challenges, there haven’t been very many instances where people who have made large contributions to Wayfarer were recognized in some way. If you were in charge of Wayfarer, what kind of rewards do you think should be given to people who have put a serious amount of work into the database and making the games more playable?

For example: bonus Upgrades, bonus appeals, in-game item rewards, in-game cosmetics, real-world swag, more available submissions (from the usual 40/80), etc.

Personally, I would love if vetted Explorers could be granted unlimited unreviewed Wayspot edits. There are so many Wayspots I see that have incorrect titles/descriptions, are in wrong locations, or just don’t exist at all. Being able to fix these without going through the coin-toss review process would be amazing, and not being limited to 40/80 at a time would be nice. On top of that, I would also love the ability to submit edits to Wayspots that are over 100km away. For those who really care about the map, I think it should be as easy to edit a Wayspot as it is to edit Wikipedia or OpenStreetMap or something similar. The obvious downside with this is that it could be abused to the extreme if the wrong people were granted this privilege. But it’s fun to dream about nevertheless.

I would love to see vetted Explorers have an additional bonus areas to review from.

I love this idea!

I would love for vetted Explorers to get a system where if they won their appeal, they would instantly get it back. They would only have to wait if their appeal wasn’t accepted.

Also, some sort of bonus in PoGO for getting a Wayspot accepted that appeared in the game. Maybe the first time you spun it the stop would give you bonuses like it was the first stop you spun that day, or you get an extra 100 experience every time you spun something that you had added to the game.
