You may disagree, but there are official staff statements that say these are ineligible:
Unless staff changes their minds, they are currently inelgible. If you get them in review, they should be rejected.
I did provide you with a report of many being removed, and there have been others removed in the past, and it has been going on for a few years now that Wayfarer has been removing them (it is usually Wayfarer that is removing these, but some have been reported for removal by the community).
