Cooldowns are not that unusal. The system has detected some issues with your reviewing, and is asking that you take your time on each review, go over the criteria to make sure to are following them, and think of anything that could have caused this.
Keep in mind that you have 20 minutes to finish a review, and if you sit on the review page for too long and have several reviews timeout, this can cause a cooldown. It’s best not to keep an open tab on the review page because this could happen, so you’ll want to go to another page on the Wayfarer website when you’re not reviewing, such as the Showcase or your Profile.
Once this cooldown is over, you will be able to review again. Again, take this time to review your reviewing and try to see if there’s anything that you could change.
