Hi. Today Niantic rejected my nomination that includes a street art from a popular artist.
I’d like to know why it was rejected and i’d love to re-submit it

Right now I am leaning towards you should appeal this, but need more information.
For me, these will need a lot of proof that they are permanent. That cat looks like it is just leaning against the wall, or maybe it is taped to the wall. A newspaper article about this art project and how it has been received within the community would help me more than someone’s Instagram page.
how about try change the name to “Mural Inkoignito’s Cat”
