My nomination recently got accepted. So i just want to ask when will this nomination start to show in game.
And one more thing:
On what basis will this nomination get assigned as Pokestop or Gym.

Congratulations on the acceptance!
There is a daily sync time that happens globally where PokéStops and Gyms appear (or disappear if removed) on the GO map. This is typically in a few hours from now but assumes it was accepted a few hours ago, or else it would be delayed to the next day.
Unfortunately, this “sync” time has been noted as being skipped for the last few days, so it may not happen today and we don’t know when to expect it to happen, next. Could be a few hours, could be several hours longer than that, could be a few days.
Every candidate accepted becomes part of the “Lightship” database as a “Wayspot.” From there, each of Niantic’s games will choose whether the Wayspot will become a PokéStop, Gym, or other POI for that game. This is an automated process based on proximity to other nearby POI already in game. Each game controls their own “rules” for inclusion.

So praying and chanting in hope for a designated Wayspot turning into a gym doesn’t work?

Gendgi already gave you a great response. In addition, I have this ready to copy and paste for anyone looking for their “pokestop.”
I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database, which can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. This depends on how many stops are in a certain area. This article will explain Pokemon Go’s cell restrictions for pokestops/gyms: https://pokemongohub.net/post/article/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/. In short: there can only be one pokestop/gym(POI) per s17 cell. If there are multiple in the same cell only 1 will show. As for gyms they work on an s14 cell ans increasebased on how many POIs are in that area: If there are two POIs in a S14 cell 1 will be a Pokestop & 1 will be a gym. 6 POIs in an S14 cell there will be 2 gyms. 20 POIs in an S14 cell there will be 3 gyms. Your nomination doesn’t meet the inclusion rules for Pokémon GO.
In this cell you already have “Puchong Prima Signage” or “Exercise Prima 2” as the PokéStop.
In fact, your new Wayspot is pretty much on top of “Exercise Prima 2” so doesn’t meet the inclusion rules to appear on Ingress either.
So you won’t see it on Pokémon GO as a PokéStop. Nor will you see it on Ingress as a Portal. Hope that all helps.
