This topic (How did you first hear about the wayfarer community forums?) also made me think about other Wayfarer spaces.
The forums are great, but you may have a local Wayfarer chat, or a channel within a fan made Niantic games server just for Wayfarer.
I’ll say just so it’s not too promoting, don’t share links but otherwise where else do you go to chat Wayfarer?
Wayfarer Discussion Discord. Number one resource.
I have a large Campfire Wayfarer group, I am a member of several Facebook groups, I follow Niantic products on Bluesky, and we have a Wayfarer channel on my local Ingress team chats as well - but mostly I’m here with you all. 
Various Discord servers. Most are PGO-focused, with just one channel for Wayfarer that has intermittent activity. It’s generally local or places I have traveled to. The largest and most active one I’m in is Wayfarer Discussion Discord.
I listen to the Wayspotters Podcast, with new episodes on Sundays, and the occasional emergency podcast Chris and Jamal put out when something big happens. It is available on several podcast platforms, and they have a YouTube channel and a presence on pretty much every social media platform. They’re happy to answer questions, and you can find them on here as well as a few other forums here and there.
Otherwise we have local FB groups, Telegram groups, and Discord groups. I’d stay away from Reddit in general though because a lot of stuff there is pretty negative and poorly moderated; and you’re a lot less likely to get good information.
I’m primarily on here… but have also access the Telegram groups. I just remembered that I have access to a Discord Server, but hardly go on there these days. I’m aware of the Reddit Wayfarer Subreddit, but don’t really look on there. Also occassionally check the Global and UK Wayfarer groups on Facebook.
I’m intimidated by the Wayfarer Discussion Discord - it’s so big and I can’t keep up. 
I am often intimidated by large Discord servers. WDD was no different for me.
Trying to read everything posted in WDD is a herculean task… but it is not required either! Just check out the channels that seem most interesting to you, or maybe just stick to #general, and don’t worry about reading every single comment that has been posted. I used to drop by weekly, now I drop by whenever I can. I’ll flick scrolling up 3-5 times and just start reading from wherever I land on.
