The Wayfarer medal is dependent on the agreements earned in Wayfarer while reviewing submissions from other players. Please note that only agreements made while in Good or Great standing will contribute to your progress towards the medal.

Let me explain the Pokémon Go Wayfarer badge. The badge has nothing to do with Wayfarer submissions but is a reward for Wayfarer reviewing.
Every time you perform a review if your vote ends up agreeing with the final result, you get an agreement. The only limitation is that your Wayfarer Rating found on the Profile page must be Good or Great for the agreement to count. I hape that helps.
