So I wanted to do a PokéStop nomination, and I had a good image. First it got rejected but I appealed and it got accepted since there really is no reason that a directional/informative sign is not getting accepted since there are thousands of these kinds of stops. I got the E-mail that it did get accepted and that it would be added within 48 hours. It has now gone over three days since I got the E-mail and it has still not been added.

It does mention it in the email but to clarify it’s not guaranteed to show up in the game you submitted it for. It will probably be in a different game if not shown in Pokémon GO. Also it could eventually be a power spot as well.

Hi, You must first understand that not all wayspot will become pokestop/gym.

In the other hand, unused wayspot might become power spot. So your submission is not entirely wasted. You can read more about power spot here.

Your Wayspot is not showing as a Pokestop or gym because it is in the same L17 S2 cell as " Bokbanan Slavsta"
I am extremely surprised the appeals team accepted this.

Yes, I am too now when people has told me about S2 Cells as I’m new to this. Super weird
S2 cells don’t have anything to do with being accepted as a Wayspot, just for whether it can be a Pokestop or gym. I meant that I was surprised that a map of housing units was accepted on appeal. You must have had a convincing argument.
