There is a stop located at a park that the community frequents for events. I’ve recorded and submitted twice, as has my husband. This keeps getting rejected but there is no stop or item or sign there to actually record. It is a relatively busy road so I worry people will get injured. Sadly I submitted video and images through PoGo - but I am happy to supply the next weekend I go so I can better understand, and not continuously waste time. I do have this one, but all around it is knee high brush or road.

The title of wayspot and the coordinates so that we can see the issue in detail. Can you say what it is please.
Has this been a pokestop for many months?
Honestly I am unsure but I would say yes, due to the fact that a lot of the images are rough / other seasons. I did my best to get the most correct coordinates as I am not located there. The stop doesn’t appear anywhere on any little maps.

We hunted and hunted but, just over growth and fallen / neglected poles. The trimmed grass in the google photos is deceptive for sure.

You need to be exactly at location to record proof . Are you trying to report removal for wayspot thats ald gone? You can use gps tagged photo such as “GPS MAP CAMERA” to help evidence
No, the stop exists which is why we continued to hunt for it. I can give it a spin and record for a poffin but the stop itself does not exist anymore.
Edit to clarify the phsical map sign it claims to be, does not exist.
Sadly it’ll have to wait until Saturday for me to get the exact information.

There are actually 3 wayspots for this off leash area. 2 are older. 1 at this spot was replaced sometime between 2019 and 2022 with this misplaced one. It has now been replaced by the one you are reporting which is clearly misplaced.
The parks for paws one is still present. I guess it’s up to the team to decide if it is distinct from the other spot and the correct location for the main sign.
@NianticAaron would it be possible to tidy this area up please. Since streetview is only 2 months old is that good enough evidence?

I am also not sure I understood - are you trying to make a removal request? And by recording do you mean in-game scanning?
Thank you for looking into that, honestly I super appreciate it. Worst case I can resubmit again, but otherwise yes. We recorded video, me twice plus video showing. The label itself is for a MAP which the park has actually several but this one does not have a sign nearby that reflects that, but because the stop is placed best way to describe is down the road (not safe) because there is no sidewalk, in the woods lol.
I have used in game scanning, which the quest it gave me is how I discovered the signage didn’t exist. But I have also reported it for being incorrect/invalid with scans in game as well.
Thats Ok. The map its self tells you where it is.

Scans are not used in removal reports. You shouldnt scan something that does not exist, if you do it can be seen as invalid scans and you can lose access to that feature.
Thanks! That’s great to know. I am obviously not trying to abuse the system, but that’s why I am posting to clarify so I don’t waste my time, or the time of the reviewers. That was done once, and then I reported the stop and submitted said evidence twice, an additional time by my husband with three denial emails in total.
