Please explain better. I know lot of pois that are a lot closer to each other. Is there a secret poi that is not visible in iitc? Now it seems to be ONLY poi in that cell and not even very close to other pois.

Ingress and PoGO each have their own set of criteria that may be dissimilar and mutually-exclusive from the other. A pokestop can also be a portal but not always. A portal can also be a pokestop but not always. IITC is an Ingress-based map.

It does not happen as often but yes there may be something in the Lightship database that is only in Pokémon Go. Pokémon uses a grid system so it is possible that 2 objects in Pokémon are literally within feet of each other and both be in the game. Ingress uses a 20m rule for its game. While iitc wi…

iitc also does not show imported wayspots.

Do you see “Bikes on the Wall” in Pokémon GO? It is likely blocking yours from appearing. It is also within 20m of an existing Ingress portal, so it is not eligible for Ingress and cannot appear on IITC.

No worries at all! In the case of this specific POI Ingress won’t help you as it doesn’t appear in that game though, what could help while nominating on-site is enabling the Pokémon GO toggle that would show you all POI. See here for a picture of the toggle:
