Why is a park nomination rejected?

Did you get a reason for the rejection on your contributions page? There was this example of something being auto rejected earlier:

Valid nomination rejected insantly due to "low quality photo" (it is not)

I see that the nomination (image file) was not uploaded successfully. This is why it was auto-rejected.

If you try again, you should use a photo the way it looks currently.
