Blockquote I just got a large number of emails told me all of my nominations and edits are rejected. Is my account got flagged ???

When this happens, it could be because something you submitted was flagged as abuse. Usually you would get an email from Niantic that may give you a warning and an example of what you’ve been doing wrong. I have seen reports that you may get a pop up when you login to Wayfarer that shows this warning as well.
I’m assuming that because you’re confused, you’ve not had a warning email/pop up yet?
Have you been trying to submit location edits to manipulate the game board of a certain game? Have you been submitting description edits with your location edits asking reviewers to select a specific location? Have you been submitting any nominations which are obviously meet rejection criteria?
