To add to that, if it’s a place for students to stay, like a dorm, I as a reviewer would want to understand what type of educational institution it is attached to and what the age of the students is.
Then, as said above, you would have to explain how the place to stay is a great place to explore, exercise or socialize.

200+ student live in this hostle and all the students are 18 above in this hostle.
So this should be a wayspot
But if it has parks and gardens that are great places to socialize or explore, then the parks and gardens should be nominated as wayspots, not the hostel. We nominate the actual things that meet one of the three criteria, not the things that are near them.
