Why my waypoint location is an energetic node and not a pokeparade?

Hi, I’ve submitted several PokéStop requests for a very busy area—there are schools and workplaces nearby, as well as the city center—but instead of becoming PokeStops or Gyms, they turn into Energy Nodes… what needs to happen for them to become PokeStops?

The coordinates are -33.688313, -71.219540

If an area has a pokestop, then additional wayspots may either not get used or be used as powerspots. This is done to prevent small areas from having too many pokestops.

  • Lots of features close together can be difficult to use
  • Pokemon Go is based on going out and exploring

You can join the wayfarer DC and there is a guid on how to get the browser extension. It’s not so complicated

You should find an index of tools that use the map on the wayfarer website.
