PokemonGO has a problem with pokestops, they do not put your POI request in game when it is accepted, they said that it can be taked 42h to be in the game. I WAITED 2 MONTHS AND THERE IS NOTHING. NOTHING. Its so annying pls wake up. Why does this happens???

Thank you for submitting a Wayspot nomination! While some nominations may be deemed eligible by the community of reviewers on Niantic Wayfarer for inclusion into Niantic’s location database, they may not necessarily be added into every Niantic game. After a nomination is approved by reviewers, there is an additional automated review that determines whether the nomination is an appropriate fit for each particular Niantic game. Each game has their own set of criteria for this step, so some nominations may be accepted into one game but not another.
The most common reason that an eligible nomination is not added to Pokémon GO is because the nomination is too close to existing PokéStops or Gyms. If an existing game location is removed or the criteria changes, the nomination may appear within Pokémon GO at a later time.
Please keep in mind that while this is a common reason, it is not the only one.

Welcome. I am sorry to hear this . You might want to learn how s2 cell works. Niantic doesnt acknowledge it but it help reduce frustration after submission.
My pokestop isn’t near to another or a gym i dont know when Niantic will put the pokestop in the game
If you are willing to leave the name and coordinate, we can try see what happen

The cells do differ in size depending what part of the world you are from, the following is an approx example from the UK.
Our cells are approx 75m x 50m
If positioned in opposite corners 2 waypoints could be approx 90m apart whilst still being in the same cell.
For the opposite extreme you could have 2 extremely close but as long as they are on the opposite cell wall they can be eligible.
The example before I have used a football (soccer) pitch to help with scale.
The green lines are the cells.
A and B are in the same cell so only 1 will become a Stop / Gym.
Although B & C are physically close they are in different cells so both could be accepted.
If a waypoint can not be used as a stop / gym they may become a dynamax powerspot.
With the timescale you mention the answer is probably never.
