クスリのアオキにある掲示板、広告等が貼り出されます。
Context: 上記の申請は誤った場所で送信されており、Wayfarerの基準に違反しています。
ここは敷地内でありこの掲示板のまえには積み荷が置かれることが多々あります。ユーザーの迷惑になる場所にスポットがあり場合は敷地の入口もしくは室内に設定するのが好ましいと申請基準にあったのでそこに設定し申請しました。別のユーザーに虚偽の申請で報告された為、困惑しています。

You cannot pin a Wayspot away from its actual real world location. To do so is abuse. If the actual location is not suitable, do not submit it.

The criteria does not state this (at least in other languages than Japanese). Can you point to this on the criteria website?
