I would think if it was that it would be by now, is it too close to another portal? There is not a lot of portal density in the area.

If this is that rectangle I think it is, it is within the 20m circle for another portal and cannot appear in Ingress. Have I found it?

Ok that would explain it, I am relatively certain it is that whitish rectangle. Man things look weird from satellite.
Unrelated question, how did you get the Wayfair app to work it freezes for me when I try to use my Google login.
Ahhh ok that makes sense. I had hoped it would be a nicer interface for mobile devices than the web site.
