Scanning the QR code opens Pokémon GO and takes you right to the “New Pokéstop” button.

From everything that I’ve seen and read, I am assuming not, but nobody has been confirmed that.
Pokémon GO’s program director said that Niantic Spacial will still get submissions made in PoGO so I think it’s safe to assume the data will still go the other way as well.
Yeah, that’s why I posted it in the Scopely discussion thread, because it only includes PoGo and not Ingress.
I’m very close to getting to level 8 in Ingress, and there are so many Wayspots that need editing.

I am waiting for an official announcement, but for some reason, I suspect Ingress will get their own Wayfarer style portal. I hope that isn’t the case.

Going to wait for more news as we see more changes. Hint: check your rejection reasons. Not that I noticed, but others have.

I’m liking the more informative rejection reasons, but I have noticed on some of my older rejected nominations that they now seem to completely lack any form of rejection reason.

”The submission lacks uniqueness or historical and cultural meaning” was ‘generic bussiness’. This makes it difficult to understand why the submission was rejected.
”The submission is likely not permanent” is ”temporary, seasonal or not distinct”, but ”not distinct" is not included in this notation.
One of mine did that at first, but eventually updated. It seems like they are splitting “Temporary/Seasonal or Not Distinct” into two reasons.
I love that they are just spelling out the “automated process” rejection.
Edit: One that was showing rejection reasons just lost them when I refreshed. Maybe it will all settle out eventually.
