Context: A cell containing two active POI’s Prior Communications Incorporated; Gym was accepted to be moved by wayfarer but didn’t move - #32 by ASONOFYAH Seeking removal of said active POI in pursuant with wayfarer/niantic guidelines.

Wayfarer staff marked it as not a bug. They also didn’t give an explanation for it though.
