To my surprise, my request to tag the potential Wayfarer point “Kwiek A Schouders” was rejected for the following reasons:
1). The submission is likely not permanent or distinctive
2). The submission is located on private property that is not accessible to the public
These two reasons are complete nonsense. As for reason 1, it is definitely permanent, because the sidewalk tile is firmly embedded in the walking/bicycle path, so it cannot simply be removed. There are several types of these tiles in this neighborhood, and they have been approved—some are even visible in the game, while others, unfortunately, are not.
As for reason 2, the area is publicly accessible; it’s actually a small park with a child-friendly play area where you can freely walk, hike, bike, or walk your dog. I live in this neighborhood myself.
It’s so clear in the photo, which also clearly shows children’s attractions such as the Cruijff Court soccer field (Cruyff Foundation) and a small basketball court, as well as all kinds of small playground equipment further along.
I’m also getting really frustrated—I’ve been trying so hard over the past few weeks to submit requests, but unfortunately most are being rejected, even though they’re very common in the game (and thus approved). Some PokéStops that were approved shouldn’t even have been approved. I just don’t get some people—start evaluating these requests seriously!!

Ik begrijp goed waarom je deze tegel wil nomineren, ik zie ze ook regelmatig voorbijkomen in Pokemon Go.
Maar in het algemeen geldt dat dit soort, massa geproduceerde, tegels bijna nooit meer worden geaccepteerd. Er is een tijdje geweest dat met name in Nederland er misbruik van gemaakt werd.
Dus nu worden ze niet vaak meer geaccepteerd, en zelfs vaak weggehaald.
Persoonlijk zou ik deze nog wel accepteren omdat ze specifiek beweging aanmoedigen, maar makkelijk zijn ze niet.

You get 2 appeal slots, each of which is available again 15 days after being used. If you have use both slots in the past 15 days, you won’t have the option to Appeal until one of those slots becomes available. You can tell when you appealed by checking your emails, if you cannot remember.
Daar ben ik ook van op de hoogte, heel jammer dat men dit doet.
Mijn nominatie is toch ook niet massa geproduceerde want ieder stoeptegels zijn anders uitgebeeld, ook deze reden is niet rechtsgeldig wat mij betreft.
Als die probleem waarbij men valselijk massa productie heeft ingediend niet kan worden opgelost worden en verder mensen regels/criteria niet serieus nemen dan is mijn inziens enige oplossing.. beoordelingen voortaan aan de mensen van Scopely/Niantic overlaten.
Die richtingaanwijzers voor fietspaden of wandelpaden. Deze kun je ook zien als massa productie maar ergens is toch ook weer niet massa productie, ze staan niet op dezelfde plekken en wijzen ook niet dezelfde richting. Daarnaast vind ik deze soort nominatie moet geaccepteerd worden, daar draait toch ook om Pokémon GO: Naar buiten gaan, spelen en route volgen die je leuk vindt of wil volgen!
Deze tegel is zeker niet uniek, je vindt hem in heel Nederland.
Voor mij zou de enige reden zijn dat het beweging aanmoedigt. Daarom zou ik deze wel goedkeuren. Je kunt bezwaar maken, zodra de optie er weer is, maar ik denk niet dat het succesvol zal zijn. Ik geef je meer kans door het opnieuw in te dienen.
In veel gemeentes zijn er ook officiele routes, als je daarnaar verwijst, wordt de kans wel veel beter.

Netherlands has a history of abusing wayfarer to create wayspots based on plaques like this. This quite reasonably makes Scopely reluctant to have plaques like this as wayspots in Netherlands.
Like many things in many different arenas, the actions of a few spoil it for the many.
