So i had a recent PokeStop accepted and for some reason it hasn’t became a gym even though there’s enough PokeStops in the level 14 S2 cell is there a way for one to become a gym?

You mean the coordinates of the Pokestops?

Remember IITC is now 6 months + out of date.
It is possible that a stop has since been removed?
or someone else has already got spot number 6 and the 2nd Gym?
Note: The orange circle that’s in the left side and the red circle thats in the top right corner are Pokemon Go gyms.
That sounds like you have the correct number of Gyms?
And another thing the red circle that is next to the green one used to be a gym before being removed cause of the making of the new playground which the image of that pokestop that i showed earlier which is the new playground making it 5 pokestops in that S2 level 14 cell.
There should be 3 Gyms actually.
Nothing in your screen grabs suggest this.
You need 20 occupied L17 cells in the same L14 cell to get 3 Gyms.
So that would mean that if there’s 5 PokeStops right now there needs to be one more?
Are you stating that there should be 3 Gyms across the 2 L14 Cells?
I can agree to that if nothing else on the map has changed.
Make sure you count gyms and stops. Should be
1 gym at 2 pokeplaces
2 gyms at 6 pokeplaces
3 gyms at 20 Poképlaces
2 occupied cells = 1 Gym
6 occupied cells = 2 Gyms
20 occupied cells = 3 Gyms

There’s 2 Gyms and 5 PokeStops currently.
So you need 13 more
In that one S2 level 14 cell.
That sounds correct.
Total of 7 occupied cells = 2 Gyms.
You would need to reach 20 in total in the same L14 cell to get a third.
One problem there’s nothing to nominate.
Unfortunately, not every L14 cell will be able to reach 20. Some are unable to reach 1.
