I recently had a nomination accepted about 30 days ago. I’ve been checking weekly and the pokestop is not appearing on the map, even since it has been accepted. I’ve had nominations accepted one week ago and they have appeared, but the specific one that was accepted 30 days ago has not.
I have tried everything from reinstalling the app, refreshing game data, and everything else. And none of my pokemon go friends can see the stop either
I checked Wayfarer and it states that it is on the correct address but I am still having issues.

This is likely working as intended.
When you submit a nomination it is for wayspots in the Lightship database. Your accepted nominations are stored there.
Each game (Pokémon Go, Ingress, Pikman, Peridot, MHNow) have inclusion rules that they apply to the Lightship database to populate their unique game boards. Yours likely does not meet the inclusion rule for Pokémon Go.

Bad news I’m afraid.
Just checked this site with the Ingress map and I can can see the Green Acres Inn waypoint is there… but it shares the same Level 17 S2 cell as Princess Street Gazebo. Pokémon Go will only pull a single waypoint from the Lightship/Wayfarer map for each Level 17 cell.
The Gazebo is right in the bottom right corner of the cell too - it’s nearly in any of the 3 unoccupied cells to the East, South and South-East.

Your Wayspot is live. But it is in the same L17 S2 cell as Princess Street Gazebo, so only one of these is eligible to show up in Pokemon Go

Thanks for the help everyone! Lots of super awesome information. I would rather it just get denied instead of accepted at that point if it can’t go on the map anyway haha
Looking at the cells in the area it looks like it would share with Princess Street Gazebo. Only one stop/gym in each level 17 cell.
Hopefully it is ok to post this… but it gives a good run down on information.

One upside for you as a PoGO player is that if anything were to happen to the gazebo then the Green Acres Inn is ready and waiting as a backup. Understand that it doesn’t feel like a great conclusion after getting through the review process, though.
(A practical example: locally we had a town map and statue on the Lightship map but sharing an L17 cell, so only one of the 2 appear in PoGo. Earlier in the year the statue was moved to the other side of the square and now we’re one successful edit from getting both into the game.)

It is helpful for other game players as it could show up in other lightship games. I also play ingress along with pokemon and am happy when there are more wayspots so I can play quietly in an area on foot and make my triangles

Adding anything in to the official maps to do with the cells would only lead to further abuse than we already see.
I want the Pokemon Go team to at least change the in game prompt wording to let you know that you are submitting a Wayspot nomination instead of asking why your Pokestop nomination is important. But I don’t think the Wayfarer team has any input into that.

I’d say that this should be changed for Ingress submissions too. And going forward any submissions from whatever games allow them should be neutral language and not specific to that specific game.
