My first impression when looking at the photos was that it wasn’t clear what was being proposed.
Once I read the text I can understand that there is no specific object that is a focal point. So that is an issue.
A place where you wait for transport is not normally considered a good candidate. So although people may go there it is going to be difficult to prove that meets one of the key criteria around social, exercise and explore.
So if you are going to make a case it will be difficult.
Are there any other possible places that might qualify nearby?
Thanks, To tell you the truth there is not much place to highlight here, I just wanted to try to place a PokeStop near my house
What would become of this place? It’s still under review but I can wait for it.

That’s understandable, but unfortunately it is not always possible. When this happens what you tend to do is try and fit something into the criteria that won’t work.
So in this case I would let this one go.
