Hey, At the risk of sounding repetitive, we do not have the tools to control what type of in-game location a Wayspot becomes once reinstated. This process is completely automated and free of any manual control. While we are not able to fulfill your request to add back this location as a Gym at this time, we recognize the disappointment this may have caused and hope you continue to seek out adventures at other PokéStops and Gyms in your surrounding communities. Thanks,

Again, I am not staff, and only mentioned this to hopefully ease the potential disappointment if you expected it to return to its previous game status, but it doesn’t.
