Several photos of new business have been accepted and applied but original title and business thumbnail were both rejected.

Trying to change a Wayspot to something else may seem to be correcting it to the rest of us, but to Niantic it is trying to repurpose a Wayspot to something that wasn’t approved, and can be considered abuse.
The correct course of action is to report the non-existent business for removal, and then submit the one currently there if the new business meets criteria.
