Hello! My Wayspot nomination has been accepted and I can see it appeared in Ingress. Can you tell me whether it will appear in Pokemon Go please? It is called Plaque John Lennon, and it is located in Rue Baron Lambert 52, Etterbeek, Belgium. There are not many pokestops around it. I would be so, so happy, I have dreamed about this for years!! Thank you very much 
Sorry but that cell already have 2 wayspot. This make it 3rd wayspot inside same cell
Anyway unused wayspot might become power spot. So dont be discouraged. So it may not be what you expect now. But its is still useful for pogo
I suggest you study how s2 cell works because then you can see if certain lv14 cell is lacking wayspot to create gym or no.
For example, if one lv14 cell have total of 5 wayspot in 5 lv17 cells. Meaning another submission in different lv17 cells will create gym. It will also prevent dissappointment if you submit within same cells with another wayspot.

I am so sad I have been hoping to make this happen for years… I was so happy when I received the email on Saturday. It would be such a good pokestop.
I see that it is right at the edge of the cell - what about if it was slightly shifted, would there be enough spots to add it in the cell above? How could I see where the S2 cells are? Could you please help me check this?
I only wanted to make that one pokestop, and I was even hoping for it to become a gym… Is there any way I can request for it to be a gym instead? There are no gyms in that cell. I don’t understand well what you explained about lv14 and lv17.

Your nomination would be in an empty level 17 S2 cell and be eligible to show in Pokemon Go if you shifted it north. But moving a Wayspot away from where it is actually in real life is abuse, and people have reported getting bans for this.
I have another problem with the location of this plaque. I am not familiar with this part of the world, but it appear to me that this a single family private residential property this plaque is on:

I have resubmitted the pokestop contribution with a slight shift on the map - still accurate as to where the plaque is. I saw that there are no other pokestops in the S2 cell above so it should be fine, right?
Should I cancel the first submission now? If so how?

Oh, no, literally all pokestops around here are like this - it is just on the street.

This will be marked as a duplicate of the accepted nomination. You can’t cancel the previous acceptance.
IF the current pin is WRONG in real life you can contact help chat at Niantic Wayfarer and give them evidence that it should be moved. But they will not do a move simply to make something show in a specific game. Only for real life actual corrections.

It IS wrong because the pokestop should be on the empty S2 cell. If I zoom onto the line of the limit between the two cells, the plaque is actually north of it. So it should have been accepted. Oh no, now I don’t know how to correct it, and I also cannot delete the second submission I just made. This went from a very happy moment in my life to a nightmare

if the nomination you just made is not “in voting” you can withdraw it
from your contributions page Niantic Wayfarer go to “edit” and “withdraw” will be an option. i checked for an example to screenshot but i don’t have anything i can show you on.
if you take photos that prove the correct location, you can ask help chat to correct the pin. when you go here Niantic Wayfarer a text bubble will pop up to start the chat. however, they may also decide to remove the wayspot instead if they believe this is SFPRP.

An what about submitting it as a gym? How does that work?

That article I posted explains how gyms are created. You can’t submit something as a gym. You get gyms when you have 2, 6, and 20 Pokemon Go locations in an L14 cell.
You can Google some theories about how to force something to become a gym, but a comment was made on the old forum that trying to manipulate which becomes a gym could be considered abuse, so I won’t share those theories.
If I have a favorite Pokestop that I love, I will take the best photos of the object that I can and add the nicest ones to the stop, then thumbs up the photo I like best. I ask my friends to thumbs up their favorite ones, too.

If there are 2 pokestops in 1 s2 lvl14 cell,one foof them become gym.
In 1 s2 lvl 14 cell-
2 pokestops=1 gym
6 pokestops=2 gym
20 pokestops=3 gyms

I just went back and checked. This L14 is full and should already have the maximum 3 gyms, so you can’t create another one:

Brother, In general there are not 4 gyms in a level 14 s2 cell. There can be 4 gyms if a sponsored gym is the 4th gym added, but in basically all other scenarios, 3 is the max .

Well, I already received a response and asking to shift the pokestop north 1 or 2 meters didn’t work Better start playing Ingress Prime I suppose 
I am so disappointed… I don’t care about making pokestops, I just wanted that specific one…
Is there any way to know whether it would become a power spot?
