There is a daycare in my town that is on private property but is it still eligible?

A daycare would not be eligible under any circumstances.

Private Residences, Farmland & K-12

Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. This includes the outer facing facade, fence of these locations, and property boundaries. To back up Cyndie’s answer, you have 2 ineligble issues here.

• Daycares are strictly ineligible
• Single family private residential property is strictly ineligble

A lot of daycares show as power spots because there was a mass import of business addresses at one time, that aren’t eligible as regular wayspots. Many of them are (as mentioned) ineligible due to the single family residential rule and/or children rule.

(I have one a block away from mr that is a regular house but marked in game as a financial adviser.)
