Cell blocked?

How to know if a cell is blocked? Had a nomination accepted (by community) 12/1 but not in-game (Go) as of 12/3. When I have wayspots accepted, it usually shows the next day.

I only ask because there was a stop there that was removed a few months ago even though the park sign is still there. I nominated a different sign (for a city-sponsored walking path/trail) in the same cell which was added sometime this year. Since it’s not showing, I’m now wondering if the cell has been blocked and how far the block extends. For example, if I nominate something else in the same cell (mural in a restaurant across the street), will it still not show in-game if accepted?

Is it possible to be DMed by staff? Or is there an email address I can contact? Don’t really want to share where I’m located.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, there is no stop or gym in the same cell. There is a power spot that I think is in the same cell, or maybe the next cell over.

Are you able to provide the location of the approved Wayspot? Someone may be able to look into this without staff needing to get involved.

It is perfectly acceptable not to share your location in this public forum. Ambassadors and staff are both able to start a DM.

Only staff can see if a location is geoblocked.

I have made some adjustments at the location. You should see the Wayspot populate on the gameboard if eligible.

Thanks for the communication! I stopped by the area 3 or so hours ago and didn’t see it in-game but I’ll try to swing by again in a day or two to see if it pops in.

Thank you for confirming. I see that there is an issue at this location. It is a known issue and our team is working o fix.

In case this is still being worked on, a quick confirmation that the old stop (park sign) was not restored and my accepted nomination (city-sponsored walking path sign) in the same L17 cell hasn’t appeared. I was in the area a day or so ago.

Final update: was in the area earlier and my accepted nom made it in game! Appreciate the work done with the cell.
