Cell has waypoints but missing in game

  • Recently made a post regarding a bunch of incorrect locations and they seem to all be fixed but now two of the waypoints, that were corrected into a single L17 cell, do not appear in Pokémon Go at all and no other waypoints are in the cell. These waypoints are:

which does show in ingress.
I did initially make a mistake on the Military Memorial cords as I pulled degrees, minutes, seconds without any decimals and converted to decimal giving an inexact location. I don’t know if that caused an issue or not.

  • Ongoing, noticed a few days ago
  • All devices (iPhone 15pro, ios18.1.1)
  • Pokémon Go 0.341.2

Bump???
Prior to the edits in the other thread, there was a pokestop in that cell. The community board waypoint got placed in the right spot and then the military memorial waypoint moved and neither appear.

Hello,

Being this was posted in Wayspot Appeals instead of Bug Reports could be why it hasn’t been responded to yet. Wayspot Appeals is to appeal a rejected Wayspot removal request that is valid, or request that a valid Wayspot be restore to the map. This is more of a bug/tech issue that an appeal issue since the Wayspot still exist.

@NianticAaron Can you take a look into this?
