There are 2 more commemorative plaques nearby, but each is on its own house. The plaque on the leftmost one got accepted (but is too close to a PoI) but the middle and leftmost one got rejected. (the leftmost one is where the car is parked, the middle one is visible from one “Step” towards the computer store.
Like… I get it, they are closeby and similar as in all 3 are commemorative plaques, but that does not make them duplicates, no? They all describe the history of the house they are attached to, which is the oldest part of this city district…
Each one should be eligible on its own merits if they describe the house they are on.
However, these do look like SFPRP (single-family private residential property) so strictly ineligible regardless of whether they are duplicates or not.
You could appeal the rejection, or resubmit, being sure to point out that this is a different sign in the supporting. I will let someone else help since we have a lot of folks here who are able to read the text without translating.
We get two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again. I posted the image of the L17 S2 cell this would be in, in case the fact that it will not be eligible to be a pokestop/gym affects your decision on how to proceed.
If a duplex here is one residence on the ground floor and one residence on the upper floor, I would consider this to be not SFPRP and to be multi-family.
If the setup is one residence on one side and one residence on the other side, each side is SFPRP and the plaques are not eligible.
That pink circle indicates the 22m distance in order to be used as a Power Spot, and there is a gym within it, so at this time, it would not appear to be eligible to be used that way, either. But who knows what could happen in the future?
Again, I am not commenting on the eligibility of a location on the side of a duplex. Here is the clarification on SFPRP:
