Do these submissions align with the acceptance guidelines?

I stumbled upon a couple of wall art while strolling around. However, This are unusual and in my personal opinion might not meet the eligibility criteria, I just want to know your opinion on these, and suggest whether I should submit these for review.

Case #1 : Wall-Breaker Stallion with License Plate

A horse wall art depicting a horse breaking through a wall. However, this artwork belongs to a local business that specializes in stone inscriptions and number plates. The number plate shown in the picture is fake, but it still displays a license number.

Case #2 : Wine Culture of Nepal

This art although not part of the liquor house, it is at a side wall easily accessible to the pedestrians, however the art was commissioned by the liquor shop.

I am currently focusing on hunting for art-related POIs, as I enjoy exploring my area to discover different forms of art. I may not submit both of these, although I could try to provide proper context and supporting details. I’d like to hear the community’s opinion, if these were presented for review, would you move forward with accepting them?

I do not see why these are not eligible per the Unique Art article.

I’m not sure whether that is vandalism or part of the art (considering the place sells them). The latter is allowed afaik but that does pose a risk of incorrect rejections due to it. You may need to ask if you can remove it if the former applies. Definitely do not use “with License Plate” for the title.

Nominations are more than just the objects though. The location and context is important; how you communicate these will also be needed for the review process. You may want to include them here so we can see the bigger picture :drum:

As art, these look perfectly suitable (provided everything else about the submission is valid). Murals on shop shutters in the UK are almost always accepted - the only rejects are where the mural is /simply/ promoting the shop. When the art is promoting the shop but is also genuine art in its own right, they always get through review.

License Plate is only a rejection reason for real plates that are readable in the main photo. A rejection under this reason for it would be wildly incorrect
