Does a Green Heritage Sign count

I don’t know much about Green Heritage. Frankly never heard of it. Nomination is to the point. IT is a sign but nothing why signifcant…No evidence. And supporting photo exactly the same.

Just think a bit of explanation as to why this is worthy would be good. The site surrounds a fountain that was already a waypoint.

Love some input

TITLE : Green heritage site sign

DESCRIPTION: Green heritage site

So if you don’t know anything about Green Heritage Sites, what has your internet search revealed?

why should I do the hard work?

Nominator should make it easy for me. This is a UK thing only I believe. Never seen one in real life from London to Bristol. From Exeter to Derby.

The fact the supporting photo was exactly the same did no justice. Nominator provided zero guidance in text.

So hey. Hence my question. I guess Seaprincess the other locals in UK maybe able to provide more insight. I hope

Well, it read to me like you were asking us to do the research to explain what a Green Heritage Site is. So, like you, my thought was, “Why should we do that work?”

I think you answered your own question with your response to me. If both photos are identical and there’s no explanation for why this is eligible, I would reject it and move along without even giving it a second thought.

How would I reject it? I’d probably use Poor Description to let them know that they didn’t write a good submission.

Also, we have some similar designations that give out signs to property owners. They’re pretty meaningless but they sound good. I know a very experienced Wayfinder who despises them and refuses to accept them no matter how well written the nomination is because they can basically just be purchased.

Oh I saw that one, I was underwhelmed and didn’t even cast a vote. I would lean towards it being not distinct.

Thanks everyone… Seems I leaned the right way. Thanks @elijustrying Am suprised that it is the first I have ever seen both in real life and in the game. @shritwod yes it was very underwhelming  @seaprincesshnb yeah I get your point. I should have phrased it differently  Thanks again all
