Today I submitted a Location edit but there must have been a bug/problem and now in the Wayfarer site it appears three times, despite me submitting it just once. Since it’s a location edit I can’t remove the duplicate submissions.
How can I/we resolve it?

There is no way to resolve it. As they are the exact same edit one will be accepted/rejected and the rest will be rejected.
This happens when there is a network lag and you press the submit button on multiple occasions.

I didn’t, but it took longer than usual the upload.
This has been labeled not-a-bug, but the OP says they did not mash the button repeatedly. The system is erroneously treating the client’s attempts at a single complete transaction as multiples.
Since there is no legitimate purpose for such identical, sequential subs, why can’t the host discard the dupes, or at least put them on hold?
