Should a Farmer’s Market be treated as “temporary” due to it being open only one day per week OR should it be treated as “permanent” as the same site / location is used each week?
Welcome to the forum, and that is a great question!
If the Farmer’s Market is at the same site when it is open, the site is permanent imo. There are pop-up markets that I wouldn’t consider permanent. That sign makes that one seem permanent. Thank you for including the example.
Gonna add on, it’s not very clear what the full nomination is, but for what it’s worth, if it’s a unique and permanent billboard advertising a local farmers market, I’d really consider that enough to pass as “encouraging exploration of local culture” and be likely to approve such candidate.
