Graffiti of famous football club elgible as a Wayspot?

My friend had submitted this graffiti of Dynamo Dresden (most famous football Club in the area) 2 days ago and it got picked up from the ai today and got rejected, which got me wondering why that is so. There was nothing wrong with the title or description which just stated it being a Graffiti of Dynamo Dresden, so i dont know why it got rejected. I mean, its not just some random Tag-Graffiti of someone, as an graffiti of the most famous football Club in the area it has a reasons to be there. What do you guys think?

So, this looks like a Wayfarer Machine Learning rejection rather than reviewer rejection. I could speculate as to why this got rejected by ML, but I would need more information. Is the building part of the football club? Is it private property? Is this commissioned art from the club? I need more information.

So, it is not at the football club, the town i live in just has a lot of fans of it, the graffiti is located on a old garage wall. It is definitly not private property, due to it being at the side of the street, i think you are also able to tell that by the google street view, which i linked a photo of aĹĄ The bottom. The graffiti is fan-made like many others in the area.
Hope this helps

I can understand why it’s rejected to be fair. It’s not sanctioned / commissioned, and without knowing who owns the Garage, I’m going to assume it’s owned by a Single Family PRP.

Sounds very reasonal to me but due to there being many of these kind of graffitis in the area, also being on places like garages etc. i was thinking this should be accepted

In this view, this does not appear to be SFPRP, but it still appears to be vandalism. The stencil lines are obvious, and this does not look permanent.

There is a nice clarification on what should be considered “Street art” here:
